The setup

A lone Lv 11 Musketeer crosses your left bridge in the first few seconds. She starts shooting your left Princess Tower before you have enough elixir for Giant.

Both Princess Towers start on 500 HP. Each card plays once.

Card notes

  • Giant Drop him right on top of an enemy and his body shoves it back.
  • Musketeer Ranged. Once she's pushed out of range of your tower, she switches to shooting Giant.

How to beat Push Comes to Shove

  1. 1Musketeer crosses your left bridge and starts shooting your towerGet Giant ready and watch your elixirHe costs 5. You can't drop him any earlier.
  2. 2The moment you hit 5 elixirDrop Giant right on top of the Musketeer, about 2 tiles below the left bridgeHe shoves her back out of range of your tower, so she turns and shoots him.
  3. 3Musketeer is shooting GiantWaitYour Princess Tower finishes her. In winning clears the left tower ends very low (around 66 HP). That's fine.

Why it works

Giant lands on the Musketeer and shoves her back, out of range of your tower. She turns to shoot him, and your Princess Tower finishes her off.

Why it fails

  • You see: The Musketeer keeps shooting your tower after Giant lands. Fix: Giant didn't push her. Drop him right on top of her, the moment you hit 5 elixir.

Do daily puzzles give rewards?

No. Supercell says they're about skill and bragging rights: solve each one in as few attempts as you can.

When does the next puzzle unlock?

Supercell hasn't published a time. The first one showed up around 09:00 UTC, so we expect about the same each day.

How are attempts counted?

Each puzzle starts with one Practice attempt. Only attempts after Practice count. Once you finish, the game shows "Completed in" with your attempt count, next to Par.

What does Par mean?

Par is the target number of counted attempts for a puzzle. Compare it with your "Completed in" count after finishing; the initial Practice attempt does not count.

Can I still play an older puzzle?

Probably, until the set ends. The in-game timer on Nov 2 pointed to early Nov 9 UTC, so earlier puzzles seem to stay open until then. Supercell hasn't confirmed this.

Will there be more after Nov 8?

Yes. Supercell says a second set comes later this season, no date yet.
